Frequently Asked Questions

Typical leg and wheel dock installations on Lake Champlain do not occur until the lake level reaches 97.5’.

Floating docks and some boatlifts can generally be installed when the lake level is higher than 97.5’.

We perform our seasonal installations two ways - by land or by the use of our workboat depending on the type of dock or boatlift system and site conditions. Many customers require the service of our land based crew for the dock and the work boat for service of the boat lift. If you aren’t certain how your system is serviced, here are some general guidelines.
